JEFF WAVER

Jeff stepped into Fingerbowl Jumpstart to play a backyard suaret in St. Charles in the summer of 2004 while still playing with his band "Quarter Barrel Cheryl".   He did incredibly well filling in for then Fingerbowl drummer Michael Bouwman.  He played with Fingerbowl a couple more times as a fill in and then got the call to be the "new" drummer, when Bouwman decided to leave the band.  Fortunately for Fingerbowl, his previous band had just callled it quits, so the timing couldn't have been more perfect.

Jeff is solid, and he plays the blocks which have added some island beats to color the Bowl.  Introducing an avenue the band has just started to explore with the song "Learning to Dive", Jeff is laying down a steady groove with Johnny Woods as the rhythm section of Fingerbowl Jumpstart.

In his spare time, Jeff likes to listen to Phish, shop for new Pumas, grow his hair long, play soccer, tip a few back, and relax with good friends.
